Wes Caplan joined Palatine in March 2026. He is involved in analysis, execution, and asset management across Palatine's strategies.

Prior to joining Palatine, Mr. Caplan was a Quantitative Analyst at Bayview Asset Management, a global investment management firm.

Mr. Caplan graduated from the Ivey School of Business at Western University with an Honors in Business Administration in 2023, and received a M.S. in Real Estate Finance and Investment from New York University’s Schack Institute of Real Estate in 2025.
