Megan Polnet joined Palatine in July 2025. She is responsible for asset management across the firm’s portfolio. Prior to joining Palatine, Ms. Polnet was with Starwood Property Trust, a mortgage REIT, where she worked in the Surveillance and Commercial Lending Portfolio Management divisions. Ms. Polnet graduated from Cornell University in 2023 with a Bachelor of Science in Hotel Administration and a minor in Real Estate.
