Matthew Ross joined Palatine in October 2026. He is responsible for the sourcing, evaluation, and execution of Palatine’s multifamily investments.

Prior to joining Palatine, Mr. Ross was the Chief Investment Officer at Nolan Living, a vertically integrated owner of apartment communities throughout the Midwest and Texas. Before Nolan, he spent 16 years at Edge Principal Advisors, where he was a member of the firm’s Investment Committee and led its multifamily business. Mr. Ross has also held investing roles at GoldenTree Asset Management and Sterling American Property. Over his career, he has been involved in over $3 billion of real estate transactions.

Mr. Ross graduated from Columbia Business School in 2004 with an MBA in Finance and Economics and earned a BBA with high distinction from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School in 1999.
