Kara Tobin joined Palatine in February 2022. She is involved in entitlement evaluation, and the execution of Palatine’s self-storage developments.

Prior to joining Palatine, Ms. Tobin worked as an urban planner and land use consultant for the Land Use Entitlements team at Psomas in Los Angeles. While at Psomas, she was responsible for preparing and processing a range of entitlement processes for single-family, multiple-family, hospitality and commercial land uses with municipalities throughout the greater Los Angeles area.

Ms. Tobin graduated from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo with a B.S. in City and Regional Planning in 2017.
