David Storch joined Palatine in March 2026. He is responsible for the sourcing, evaluation, and execution of Palatine’s student housing investments.
Prior to joining Palatine, Mr. Storch was a Senior Vice President at W5 Group, where he led the firm’s student housing strategy and was responsible for originating and executing investments. Previously, Mr. Storch was an Associate at Rose Capital Advisors.
Mr. Storch graduated from the University of Miami with a B.B.A. in Finance and Accounting in 2016.
