Daniel Teixeira joined Palatine in October 2025 as an Investment Associate. He is involved in analysis, execution, and asset management across Palatine's strategies.
Prior to joining Palatine, Mr. Teixeira worked as Acquisitions Associate with LyvWell Communities, a build-to-rent developer and operator.
Mr. Teixeira graduated from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro with a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and obtained a Master’s in Real Estate Development and Design (MRED) from the University of California, Berkeley.
