Daniel Teixeira joined Palatine in October 2025 as Investment Associate.  He is involved in analysis, execution, and asset management across Palatine's strategies.

Prior to joining Palatine, Mr. Teixeira oversaw the construction of high-end, for-sale residential assets and evaluated the financial feasibility of multifamily acquisitions and developments in the BTR space. He brings a diversified background in real estate, extending from financial analysis for acquisitions, to entitlement, design and construction for ground-up developments.

Mr. Teixeira graduated from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro with a Bachelor of Civil Engineering in 2021 and obtained a Master's in Real Estate Development and Design(MRED) from the University of California at Berkeley.
