Brandon Hollihan joined Palatine in August 2026. Mr. Hollihan is responsible for overseeing operations, asset management, and infrastructure advancement at Palatine.

Prior to joining Palatine, Mr. Hollihan was co-founder and CEO of Eastgate Capital Management, where he established the first dedicated life science real estate manager in Japan, backed by U.S. institutional capital. Prior to Eastgate, Mr. Hollihan co-founded Castleforge Partners, a London-based discretionary value-add fund manager that manages approximately $1.5 billion of AUM across several institutionally backed funds. Mr. Hollihan oversaw all facets of the business but focused on investment strategy, corporate development and capital formation. Previously, Mr. Hollihan worked at Westbrook Partners and Morgan Stanley on their real estate principal investment teams.

Mr. Hollihan graduated with honors from Columbia University with a B.A. in Political Science.
