Austin Paul joined Palatine in April 2026. He is involved in the analysis, execution, and asset management across Palatine's strategies.

Prior to joining Palatine, Mr. Paul was an analyst at DLP Capital, a vertically integrated residential real estate investment firm.

Mr. Paul graduated from the University of Alabama with a B.S. in Finance in 2022 and from the University of Wisconsin–Madison with an M.S. in Real Estate in 2024.
