Monica Alfonso joined Palatine in April 2023. She is responsible for assisting the Miami and New York teams with administration, internal operations and office coordination.
Prior to joining Palatine, Ms. Alfonso was the Executive Assistant to the President at Nobel Sustainability Trust. Before NST, Ms. Alfonso was the Development Director for ACOP, a Miami-based non-profit organization focused on supporting music education for children.
Ms. Alfonso graduated from Florida International University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science.
